Join Lonza in Visp as a Supply Chain Project Lead, where you will act as the single point of contact for supply chain topics within key projects. What you will do:
Manage/Lead the short, mid and long term supply chain planning and execution of relevant topics with the customer and Lonza internal stakeholders
Execute monthly S&OP and supply planning cycles, including creation of product supply plans.
Prepare demand planning input and ensure stakeholder alignment on supply decisions.
Create and maintain supply-related KPIs to drive improvement initiatives.
Manage material creation requests and ensure timely inbound/outbound of API and finished products.
Validate supply scenarios for materials, resources, and warehouse capacity.
Own and maintain project BOM and ensure system updates.
Liaise with project teams to resolve material issues and implement corrective actions.
What we are looking for:
MSc in Supply Chain Management or related field (BS considered).
Advanced experience (5–10 years) in Supply Chain and Program Management.
APICS CPIM certification is required.
Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes and supply chain.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and SAP PP/EWM modules.
Familiarity with GMP environments and compliance requirements.
Business-fluent English.
