A Supply Chain Optimization Analyst is responsible for data collection, cleansing, modeling, and reporting of various KPIs supporting within the entire Supply Chain. The Supply Chain Optimization Analyst will also assist with identifying areas for operational efficiencies / process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiative projects, providing analytical support. This role is part of the Operations team.

A Supply Chain Optimization Analyst II can be expected to perform the following tasks in this role as a routine part of their job:
Updates, analyzes, presents, and distributes KPI metric dashboards for Operations performance tracking that support the following areas: Forecasting / Sales, Inventory, Labor and Productivity, Safety, Turnover, Damage, Out-of-Date Inventory. (70%)
Prepares and coordinates the completion of various data and analytics reports.
Identifies underlying patterns and business opportunities with data.
Decomposes large and complex problems into simple and easy to understand solutions.
Performs miscellaneous Supply Chain related activities as needed.
Collaborates with Operations Leaders as well as cross functionally across departments on prioritized projects, supporting data needs & analysis as needed. (20%)
Works with Leaders, stakeholders, and project teams to evaluate business opportunities.
Develops insights through analysis and visualization with data to inform and influence stakeholders.
Prioritizes workload to ensure high quality solutions, that adhere to standards and best practices, are delivered in a timely fashion.
Presents and shares complex data solutions to leadership, stakeholders, and cross functional teams.
Advises others on how to design new processes and systems that meet business strategies and standards.
Stays abreast of supply chain industry trends and processes. (5%)
Recommends improvements and new concepts as appropriate.

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role...
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field
Three Plus Years Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics Analytics; Preferably in a Wholesale or Consumer Goods Industry
In Depth Knowledge of, and Expertise in, Supply Chain/Logistics Industry and Professional Best Practices
Advanced Technology/Computer Skills; Advanced MS Office skills (i.e. Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Power BI, etc)
