Job Description:
- Contributes to the development of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, product generation, and/ or order fulfillment strategies to improve customer satisfaction, market share, revenue, and/ or return on assets for the business unit/ division/ operation.
- Manages a group of planning processes in support of these strategies.
- Manages through subordinate supervisors, external vendors, or staff direct reports the coordination of the activities of a section or department.
- Responsible for results, including costs, methods, and staffing, performance evaluation, career growth development and budgeting.
- Responsible for implementing operational and strategic policies and directives.
- Assignments are given in the form of objectives with no processes defined
- Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends
- Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
