Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking multiple Supply Chain Management Analysts (Level 3) to join our Functional Excellence team supporting BCA programs. This role can be based in Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; or North Charleston, SC. Some domestic travel between Boeing sites and suppliers may be required.  

 

As a Supply Chain Management Analyst (SCMA) you will apply standard Supply Chain knowledge/processes, data analysis, and supply/demand troubleshooting to optimize supply chain processes across the BCA supply chain organization and shape the future. 

 

  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong knowledge of SCMA processes within ERPLN to drive improvements, support SCMA community, and translate business requirements into testable acceptance criteria. 

  • Responsible for overseeing, documenting, implementing, training, and maintaining processes owned by team.   

  • Influence cross functional teams; present analysis, project plans, and status to stakeholders and leadership. Own end to end business process knowledge for assigned workstream(s) and articulate stakeholder impacts across adjacent functions. 

  • Act as the knowledge owner and process authority for assigned workstream(s), responsible for defining business intent, final decisions on process design, and sign off of approved workarounds. 

  • Produce and approve future state process maps, RACI, and process acceptance criteria. Review/approve high risk test scripts and participate in UAT/Realize execution. 

  • Act as translator between business SMEs and SAP functional teams; ensure feasibility and propose system centric alternatives. 

  • Support cutover strategy inputs, high risk cutover steps, and hypercare escalation for complex issues. 

  • Maintain and report on KPIs for process readiness, decision latency and top scenario test coverage. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus quickly. 

  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 

  •  3+ years supply chain domain experience with demonstrated process ownership; experience across demand, supply planning, inventory, or scheduling. 

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management Analyst or a combination of SCMA / Operations Procurement Agent experience 

  • 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems  

  • 1+ years experience in data analysis and visualization in Excel 

  • 1+ years leading projects or process improvement initiatives  

  • 1+ years experience in executive level presentations – Both developing presentation material in Powerpoint and reporting out 

  • Must be willing to travel to other Boeing locations or suppliers as needed 

 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience): 

  •  Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field 

  • 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • 1+ years of experience working in a production/manufacturing environment   

  • 1+ years of experience in Project Management role or managing cross-functional projects 

  • Experience ordering and scheduling 787 Partner Managed Inventory or Supplier Banked Material 

  • Experience working in SAP, and/or in SAP / ERP Implementations 

  • Experience developing and managing metrics / KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

  

Everett, WA: 

Summary pay range (Level 3): $97,200 - $113,400 

 

Auburn, WA: 

Summary pay range (Level 3): $97,200 - $113,400 

 

North Charleston, SC: 

Summary pay range (Level 3): $90,900 - $106,050
