Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Analyst (Level 2) to join the Tool and Duct Responsibility Center (TDRC) team in Algona, WA.

The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for printing work orders for a high volume shop and other various duties supporting the supply chain and manufacturing team. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Industrial Engineering, production, quality, supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.  

The ideal candidate is looking to grow supply chain knowledge and will be able to work a split shift supporting the range from 10 -11AM to 6:30 - 7:30 PM. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Production Schedule Alignment: Collaborate with production planning and operations teams to ensure material supply aligns with production schedules and delivery targets

  • Risk Management: Identify supply chain risks, including supplier capacity issues and material shortages; develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions

  • Cost Savings & Efficiency Initiatives: Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency projects through supplier negotiations, process optimization, and lean principles

  • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)/MRP (Material Requirements Planning) System Utilization: Manage supply chain processes using ERP and MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); support system enhancements and data accuracy initiatives

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and resolve issues proactively

  • Analyzes complex material requirements and verifies/incorporates bills of material into production plans

  • Ensures on time delivery

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)

  • 1+ years of experience with CMES or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Word

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including on call support as needed (including weekends and holidays)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry

Summary Pay Range:

Level 2 - $77,000 - $90,000
