We're looking for talented and super dynamic professionals to join our Operations/Supply Chain Managed Services team.
As part of our Managed Services practice, you won't just advise — you'll operate. Embedded within our client's operations, you'll take ownership of critical supply chain processes on behalf of the client, delivering measurable outcomes day in and day out. This is consulting beyond the slide deck: it's about running the engine while continuously improving it.
You'll work on long-term engagements, helping our client transform and run their supply chain more effectively, more sustainably, and more digitally. Want to make a real, lasting difference? Your impact
We offer young professionals the unique opportunity to take part in Operations/Supply Chain practice and have an impact on society.
Operate and optimize critical supply chain processes (procurement, planning, production support, logistics) on behalf of our client, as part of PwC's Managed Services delivery model.
Deliver day-to-day operational excellence while identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain.
Work with client stakeholders to understand requirements, run processes, and design improved operating models that achieve best-practice efficiency and value.
Digitize and transform supply chain operations by leveraging technologies and PwC know-how, including AI-driven solutions, advanced analytics, and digital platforms.
Leverage PwC best practices and benchmarks to identify process, organization and cost-improvement opportunities
Support S&OP planning, production and distribution network optimization, sustainable sourcing, and other key supply chain topics
Analyse the impact of changes on client operations and contribute to a robust change management approach, enabling successful implementation and sustained results.
Contribute to large-scale transformation and managed services programmes
Help develop sustainable, resilient value chains in the context of evolving industries regulations, ESG requirements, and the green transition.
About you
Master's degree
Recent graduate degree or now completing your final year of studies
Analytical mind and lots of creativity
Enthusiastic about new technologies, recent developments and challenges in the supply chain environment
Proactive, client-oriented mindset
Ability to transform challenges into opportunities
Combine preference to work together in a team with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Eagerness to learn
Fluency in English and either Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other
