We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Clerk

Who You Are :

You are an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment. With a keen eye for accuracy, you are adept at managing inventory processes, ensuring that all products are tracked and readily available to meet business needs.

You work well both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and maintain accurate inventory levels. You are proactive in problem-solving, results-focused, and committed to maintaining operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct daily process audits to verify that inventory management procedures are consistently followed and identify any gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, to review current processes and drive improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain GWP (Gift with Purchase) stock by regularly monitoring, recording, and updating inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Allocate GWP stock according to operational requirements, ensuring that items are distributed appropriately to meet business needs.
  • Execute stock adjustments by investigating discrepancies, making corrections in the inventory system, and documenting all changes for audit purposes.
  • Check location variances by comparing actual stock in each storage area against system records, resolving mismatches quickly to maintain inventory accuracy.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Working proficiency in English for daily operational communication.
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Inventory Control within a warehouse or distribution center (preferred).
  • Experience performing inventory checks and root‑cause analysis of discrepancies.
  • Practical experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) (preferred).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve stock variances.
  • High attention to detail when handling inventory data, adjustments, and audits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to working with operations, planning, and other stakeholders.
