Salary: Up to £29,000.00 per year
(depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Customer Lead to join their team of staff.

This role is based at our Warehouse location Mediq House, Arundel Avenue, Castle Donington, Derby, DE74 2HJ. It is a full- time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between hospital sites, the Mediq warehouse team, and the Circle Health Group Supply Chain function.
  • Ensure hospital demand is fulfilled efficiently, addressing issues promptly and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support hospitals with urgent or emergency orders and resolve delivery and order queries swiftly.
  • Coordinate stock movements and logistics for end-of-life or returned equipment, working closely with Mediq and hospital teams.
  • Inventory and Data Management
  • Maintain real-time accuracy of inventory levels, stock movements, and system data within ERP systems (Oracle and Sage).
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock, system records, and documentation.
  • Generate, analyse, and circulate regular reports to support operational decision-making, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with stock control procedures.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting, spend analysis, and process management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK as required.
