As Supply Chain Business Partner VIE within our Supply chain team, you will be embedded in a real operational role. You will contribute to ensuring accurate demand forecasting, seamless logistics execution, and robust performance measurement frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence, and collaborative inputs from commercial stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to gather qualitative and quantitative demand inputs, building your understanding of how market plans connect to supply chain capabilities.
  • Analyse historical data, trends, seasonality patterns, and new product launches to contribute to the continuous refinement of forecast models.
  • Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and developing optimisation solutions that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and service.
  • Develop your root cause analysis (RCA) skills by contributing to investigations of performance gaps and the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain efficiency, resilience, and scalability.
  • Develop knowledge of regulatory requirements, trade regulations, and import/export documentation standards in an international context.
  • Support warehouse operations coordination and inventory positioning activities, building your understanding of how inventory strategy impacts customer service levels.
  • Assist in managing end-to-end logistics documentation and customs clearance processes.
  • Contribute to the resolution of logistics issues and disruptions, developing your problem-solving and escalation management skills.

About you

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of professional experience; relevant internships, academic projects, and extracurricular activities are strongly valued.
  • Experience or coursework related to pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Academic knowledge of supply chain concepts, forecasting methodologies, and logistics principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and/or demand planning tools — gained through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
  • Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel and an interest in data visualisation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner with strong organisational skills.
  • Genuine interest in international environments and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Academic or practical knowledge of S&OP/IBP processes.
  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with advanced planning systems (SAP APO, Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9 Solutions, or equivalent).


Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
