Als Supply Chain Analyst (m/f/*) am Standort Neuss haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Die Optimierung und Pflege von Lieferantenbestellungen, Planungsparametern, Stammdaten und Beständen in den relevanten Systemen gehört zu Ihren Kernaufgaben.
• Sie planen Einsatz- & Fertigmaterialien für die Herstellung bei externen Lieferanten, um das angestrebte Servicelevel innerhalb der Bestands- und Kostenziele zu erreichen.
• Sie unterstützen unsere aktuellen Planer, damit die Produktverfügbarkeit zur richtigen Zeit und am richtigen Ort gewährleistet werden kann.
• Sie kommunizieren proaktiv Lieferstatus sowie potenzielle Risiken mit den notwendigen Abteilungen, während Sie die Problemlösung für eine zeitgerechte Belieferung leiten.

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

• Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich mit erster Berufserfahrung in der Materialbedarfsplanung oder ein Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management / Logistik o. Ä. wird vorausgesetzt.
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktionsplanung bzw. Supply-Chain-Planung wird erwartet.
• Kenntnisse logistischer Abläufe (Wareneingang/Warenausgang) sowie ein Verständnis technischer Betriebsprozesse sind von Vorteil.
• Gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden benötigt.
• Analytisches und planerisches Denken, ausgeprägte Zielorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist zählen zu den wesentlichen Anforderungen.
