Job Summary
• This role is responsible for overseeing the management of business and financial plan development, enabling the achievement of strategic objectives of the organization. The role partners with high level client business leaders to integrate plans across various businesses. The role manages a team of senior individual contributors and managers who support high-impact complex business plan execution across the organization.

Responsibilities
• Drives high-impact business plan development that enables the execution of business strategies (e.g., implementing new growth initiatives, reducing costs).
• Leads complex business planning initiatives, including M&A integration projects at global and cross-business unit levels.
• Directs and prioritizes large, highly complex business planning projects by monitoring deliverables and milestones, including developing contingencies to minimize risks and maximize success.
• Partners with high-level client business leaders on a wide range of business issues, including risk management, implementation tactics, and new opportunity development.
• Oversees the development of project guidelines, plans, objectives, and deliverables; overlooks budget management for multiple, complex plans and projects and is accountable for adhering to stated budgets.
• Influences high-level business leaders by presenting compelling analysis and recommendations for optimizing business performance.
• Leads multiple large cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Provides innovative thought leadership and shapes the knowledge base across multiple businesses, functions, or regions.
• Provides strong leadership, monitors individual and team performance goals, coaches managers and senior individual contributors, and drives major change initiatives; oversees the allocation of tools and resources to support team efforts.
• Drives continuous system and process improvement initiatives and consistently identifies new opportunities, while partnering closely with client business leaders in diverse industries to integrate plans across multiple businesses.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.
