Job Overview
Recruit, maintain and develop relationships with data suppliers 


Essential Functions
• Pursue data supplier lead to discuss their business needs and develops the appropriate data partnership 
• Utilizes existing and potentially new healthcare datasets to design/ create data solutions that match healthcare data suppliers' and healthcare clients' needs
• Recruit rising healthcare data owners to offset traditional panel recruitment and costs.

Delivers data solutions through multiple data sources

• Develops and presents new data offering / solutions to client's complex business issues & suppliers' evolving needs.
•  Identifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within assigned supplier(s).
• Typically interfaces with the executive level in existing and prospective smaller supplier(s) to engage decision makers.
• Leads negotiations in renewing multi-year contract(s) within assigned supplier accounts.
• Represents the company to the client and the client to the company.
• Monitors suppliers' and clients' satisfaction with data offering, contracted deliverables and works with directors within the function to achieve and maintain a high level of such satisfaction.
• Effectively manages renewals 
• As required, may participate in contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contracts.
• May act as advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, industry issues, trends and IQVIA product and consulting capabilities.
• May manage a team of supplier management representatives.

 

Qualifications
• Master's Degree 
• Five (5) years directly related experience.
• Extensive and expert knowledge of IQVIA core products, customer account management, and IQVIA information solutions /consulting services portfolio.
• Pharmaceutical marketplace & industry business knowledge.

• Healthcare data marketplace & data offering knowledge.

• Strong B2B management and servicing, communication and listening, organizational, analytical/problem solving, negotiating, and account development & planning/presentation skills.
• Market research method/practice knowledge.
• Expertise and creativity to solve problems.
