Overview:
We are seeking a motivated recent college graduate to join our Supplier Engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates with a degree in Electrical Engineering and a strong interest in manufacturing and repair processes. You will work closely with experienced engineers and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability in our products while gaining hands-on experience in supplier development and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing engineering drawings and specifications to ensure clarity and manufacturability.
  • Support new product introduction by coordinating with suppliers during early development phases.
  • Help investigate alternate manufacturing processes for cost reduction and improved quality.
  • Participate in supplier onboarding activities, ensuring new suppliers understand requirements and quality standards.
  • Assist in supplier audits, including part-to-print verification and basic process reviews.
  • Support supplier performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with resolving quality issues by supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Contribute to production readiness assessments for new modules and transferred products.
  • Document and communicate findings to cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
  • Familiarity with repair processes or troubleshooting techniques (preferred).
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T concepts.
  • Exposure to quality tools and problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, PFMEA) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Up to 6 months of relevant experience (internship or project work counts).
  • Interest in supplier quality, manufacturing processes, and repair operations.
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
