Our Impact:

  • Drive the supplier diligence process across defined domains, including regulatory, financial, reputational, and governance risk that the organization and Third-Party (vendors) may face in accordance with the Company’s established guidelines.
  • Evaluate supplier at onboarding, and throughout the relationship to mitigate potential supplier risk issues for new and existing suppliers.
  • Influence sourcing risk decisions through partnership with corporate teams such as Category Management, Contract Owners, Legal, Compliance, and Supplier Risk Management, etc.
  • Support ESC ongoing monitoring efforts to mitigate Third-party risks for the Company supplier base.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports on the status of on-going supplier due diligence activities.

Your Impact:

Supplier Due Diligence Execution

  • Conduct end-to-end supplier due diligence reviews throughout the supplier lifecycle.
  •  Utilize internet sources and third-party tools (e.g., Google, LexisNexis) to identify negative news and gather due diligence information for prospective and existing suppliers.
  •  Review supplier provided documentation, questionnaires, and attestations for completeness and accuracy.
  •  Provide clear summaries of due diligence activities in a timely manner to support the sourcing process.
  •  Provide support for inquiries and prepare reports pertaining to supplier due diligence processes.  

Project Management Skills

  • Execute supplier due diligence activities at onboarding and throughout a supplier relationship in accordance with supplier due diligence requirements.
  • Manage challenging stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Collaborate with risks, sourcing, governance, legal, and ethics teams to resolve due diligence issues and obtain required approvals or exemptions.
  • Apply strong teamwork and attention to detail in all due diligence activities.

Communication Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively across the organization
  • Skilled in negotiating and driving the completion of supplier due diligence activities.
  • Proven ability to document clearly and communicate issues to diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal soft skills

Attention to Detail

  • Ability to handle large amounts of data / information and juggle competing priorities to drive successful outcomes
  • Highly organized to collect, review, and validate supplier responses to questionnaires and requested documents.
  • Exercise sound judgment and escalation discipline
  • Balance detail with response time to ensure meeting both quality and timing commitments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in business, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience performing due diligence activities or in a related professional capacity.
  • Familiarity with regulatory screening (e.g., sanctions, AML/OFAC) and financial analysis.
  • Strong customer services skills with a proactive mindset towards problem solving.
  • Strong critical and analytical skills with the ability to assess qualitative and quantitative supplier information with professional skepticism.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $74,000 - $112,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
