Estimated annual base pay: $89,000 (minimum) - $115,500 (midpoint) - $142,000 (maximum)
Estimated annual base pay: $98,000 (minimum) - $127,500 (midpoint) - $157,000 (maximum) – California Only
Level III:
Estimated annual base pay: $108,000 (minimum) - $140,000 (midpoint) - $173,000 (maximum)
Estimated annual base pay: $118,000 (minimum) - $154,000 (midpoint) - $189,000 (maximum) – California Only

Key Responsibilities:
Focuses on evaluating supplier performance and resolving supplier-related issues using technical expertise.
Implements process improvement initiatives on a smaller scale to enhance supplier capabilities and compliance.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support effective supplier integration.
Provides informal training and mentorship to team members and suppliers to build understanding of company requirements.
Primarily resolves operational or routine supplier issues to maintain quality and timely delivery.
**Travel up to 75% of the time is required, primarily domestic with occasional international trips. **
Key Skills:
Strong technical problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.
Skilled in supplier relationship management and process improvement.
Proficient in project management for smaller-scale initiatives.
Effective communication in straightforward situations with diverse stakeholders.
Successful candidates typically have:
4-year bachelor’s degree.
Casting and/or Electronics knowledge
Continuous Improvement: Experience with Kaizen events and optimizing manufacturing operations.
Level III:
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluates supplier performance and develops strategies for long-term improvement and alignment with company objectives.
Designs and executes large-scale process optimization plans to enhance supplier efficiency and product quality.
Leads risk assessment and mitigation strategies to prevent supply chain disruptions.
Implements strategic supplier development initiatives to improve capabilities and achieve business goals.
Manages and resolves complex, high-impact supplier challenges with minimal supervision.

Key Skills:
Advanced supplier relationship management and negotiation abilities.
Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and strategic decision-making.
