Salary Range: $169279 - $197200 Per Year

Job Summary: Serves as Program Manager (Director) in the Business Intelligence and Analytics Division (BIAD), Office of Information Technology (OIT). The incumbent is responsible for exercising management and operational control and serves as a liaison for execution and evaluation of organizational business analytics and management informational needs.

Major Duties:

  • Anticipate organizational needs/problems, provide timely, effective advice and guidance to those executing the mission, and their stakeholders, on improving the management and operational needs of the organization.
  • Ensures that the work of the Division complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets agency or customer needs.
  • Collaborates with the workforce to collect, consolidate, and analyze data in order to develop, prepare, and update comprehensive reports, charts, graphics, and presentations.
  • Responsible for all Business Analytics/Intelligence and Management Information Technology needs.
  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and provide analytical support for tracking and measuring project outcomes and objectives for analytics.

Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-14 level, or equivalent, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience must include ALL of the following: Data analytics and applying a variety of data mining methods and statistical concepts; Developing and overseeing business intelligence processes and projects; Communicating technical information to stakeholders; Anticipating organizational needs/problems and providing advice and guidance to senior leadership.
