Warehouse Supervisor (Ref.No. R1012273)

at our location in Philippines

Responsible for managing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods. Covers receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, inventory control, space utilization, and coordination with stakeholders. Ensures operational excellence, cost optimization, and compliance with company policies and Thai regulations.

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

1.  Warehouse Operations Management

  Oversee daily operations (inbound, storage, outbound, distribution).

  Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, documentation.

  Supervise picking, packing, labeling, dispatching.

  Manage warehouse capacity, layout, and space efficiency.

  Implement FIFO/FEFO and stock rotation.

 

 

2.  Inventory Management & Stock Accuracy

  Maintain accuracy via cycle counts and audits.

  Resolve stock variances.

  Update ERP/WMS systems.

  Enforce bin accuracy and traceability.

 

 

3.  Health, Safety & Compliance

  Ensure compliance with Thai laws and company policies.

  Enforce PPE, hazard management, equipment safety.

  Conduct inspections and corrective actions.

  Ensure safe MHE operation.

 

 

4.  Process Improvement & Cost Optimization

  Apply Lean, Kaizen, 5S.

  Reduce costs via efficiency.

  Implement automation/digital tools

  Monitor KPIs (accuracy, productivity, dispatch timeliness).

5.  Coordination With Stakeholders

  Collaborate with procurement, logistics, sales, finance, planning.

  Align warehouse with shipment schedules.

  Coordinate with 3PLs and transporters.

  Support inbound shipment/container unloading.

 

 

6.  Equipment & Facilities Management

  Maintain warehouse equipment.

  Oversee cleanliness and organization.

Monitor MHE utilization and recommend upgrade

You have:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations (preferred)

·       5–7 years warehouse experience

·       Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, WMS/ERP.

·       Knowledge of safety regulations and layout design.

·       Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication skills

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office; WMS required.

·       Warehouse operations excellence

·       Inventory accuracy & control

·       Good interpersonal skills

·       Good team player

·       Safety compliance & risk management

·       Process improvement (Lean / Kaizen / 5S)

·       Communication & coordination

·       Cost-focused operational planning

·       Must be proficient in English and Tagalog due to the nature of the role, which requires communication with local suppliers/stakeholders

·       Forklift License Preferred but not essential
