Job Summary: The position serves as a Supervisory Program Management Specialist (Deputy Director) located in the Department of Justice; Justice Management Division; Office of Executive Secretariat in Washington, DC. The primary role for this position is to provide support to the Director by providing leadership for managing and overseeing all functions of the Executive Secretariat (ES) program.

Qualifications: To qualify for the position of Supervisory Program Management Specialist (Deputy Director, Executive Secretariat), at GS-0301-15 you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. Specialize Experience: For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service, which includes: Developing policies, processes and/or procedures that improve the flow of communications within the agency; Assessing the efficiency or effectiveness of Executive Secretariat programs; and Developing strategies to resolve issues that impact Executive Secretariat program goals or objectives. You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by 05/18/2026 of this announcement.
