Assistant Manager Warehouse

Pakistan - Sindh - Karachi Full time

You will support planning and execution of warehouse and logistics activities across Pakistan. You will coordinate warehouse operations, transport, and distribution to ensure timely and safe delivery. You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, and commercial colleagues to solve problems and improve processes. We value clear communication, practical problem solving, and a team mindset. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage,  and dispatch.
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform Monthly reconciliation with third party to maintain accuracy.
  • Coordinate transport and distribution with carriers to meet delivery schedules and ensure effective utilization of vehicles through TMS.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the SAP /ERP system.
  • Investigate operational issues, suggest corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.
  • Support compliance with quality, safety, and security standards in the warehouse.
     

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering or Pharm-D is required for this role.
  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution.
  • Practical experience with SAP/ERP.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English.
  • Experience with inventory control and transport planning.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Kaizen.
  • Experience using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
  • Prior exposure to regulated or quality-managed supply chains.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams like manufacturing and quality.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid arrangement when agreed with your manager.
