Job Summary: You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Research & Development Group, Spectrum Warfare Dept., of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Major Duties:

  • You will be responsible for advising and implementing changes and initiatives that impact the department’s ability to accomplish its mission.
  • You will provide Department operational financial guidance to the Department Director including reporting status to NAWCWD Executive Leadership.
  • You will be responsible for the analysis, development, review and administration of comprehensive business, administrative and management policies/procedures where required.
  • You will provide direction and develop procedures to ensure these tasks are accomplished within assigned deadlines.
  • You will be accountable for upholding approved personnel, hiring and EEO policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Conducting production overhead analysis for organizations of varying sizes, including integrating data from multiple managers across geographically dispersed sites; 2) Demonstrating expertise in financial and workforce analysis, administering STRL and DPMAP (or similar) personnel performance management systems, and preparing consolidated reports for Command-level integration; 3) Leading teams ranging from small groups to large cross-functional teams, with supervisory responsibilities across diverse job series and functions; 4) Contributing to organizational strategies such as process improvement, investment planning, succession planning, and work design; 5) Integrating analysis across budget, human capital, facilities, training, security, and workforce development plans to support capability management; 6) Demonstrating strong communication skills, routinely interacting with managers at all organizational levels, and the ability to balance workforce and operational priorities to achieve near- and long-term objectives.
