Job Summary: You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in CTR FOR AVIATION TECHNL TRNG located in Pensacola, Florida.

Major Duties:

  • You will evaluate training and production support programs to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You will develop and use metrics to assess program performance production outcomes, and training requirements.
  • You will analyze data from multiple systems to identify issues and recommend process improvements.
  • You will manage projects and studies involving training support, student management, and program operations.
  • You will advise leadership on program capabilities, deficiencies, requirements, and recommended courses of action.
  • You will supervise staff by assigning work, setting priorities and evaluating performance.
  • You will coordinate with leadership, staff, and partner organizations to support mission and training objectives.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following: 1) Analyzing and evaluating training, production support, or related program operations: 2) Developing and applying metrics to assess program efficiency, effectiveness, and mission requirements; 3) Using data from multiple sources to identify issues and recommend operational improvements, 4) Managing projects, studies, or initiatives involving training requirements, student management or production planning; and 5) Supervising personnel, including assigning work, evaluating performance and providing technical and administrative direction.
