Major Duties:

• You will drive data-informed decision making and digital transformation across NAVWAR through data science, predictive analytics, cradle-to-grave transformation, and automation in all aspects of NAVWAR and Navy business.
• You will direct the planning, development, and execution of enterprise digital initiatives, including governance, configuration management, and solution promotion, to advance organizational digital transformation goals.
• You will develop and communicates digital strategies, business cases, and resource plans to optimize technology investments, reduce costs, and drive enterprise modernization.
• You will establish governance boards, streamline processes, and define technical and functional baselines to support scalable digital solutions and data-driven decision making.
• You will manage diverse technical, financial, and business teams; balance scope, cost, and schedule; and ensure compliance with acquisition strategies and governance.
• You will conduct market research, author trade studies, prepare RFPs, and lead source selections for enterprise IT solutions
• You will oversee knowledge management – the integration of people and processes, enabled by technology, to facilitate the exchange of operationally relevant information and expertise to increase organizational performance.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Responsible for Drive Data-Informed Decision Making and Digital Transformation across NAVWAR through data science, predictive analytics, cradle to grave transformation, and automation in all aspects of NAVWAR and Navy business. In addition to the above listed qualifications, your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
