Job Summary: The position is in the Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Management and Policy (OMAP), Division of Information Technology. The incumbent serves as Division Director, providing nationwide leadership and oversight of all OIG information technology, telecommunications, and video conferencing services, including the development of IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications: You must meet the Basic Requirements listed in the Education Requirements section and the Specialized Experience to qualify for Supervisory IT Specialist, as described below. For the GS-15: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level GS-14 in the Federal Service. Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Qualifying specialized experience for Supervisory IT Specialist, GS-2210-15 includes: Supervised an IT team of 3 or more employees for 3 or more years. Technical experience in two or more areas of federal information technology. Directing an organization while actively working alongside a team. Additional Information: No Relocation Incentives will be offered. No Permanent Change of Station Incentives will be offered. This position is outside the Bargaining Unit. This position will not be filled until the Department's Placement Assistance Programs have been fully utilized.
