Job Summary: THIS IS AN DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION This position is in the Excepted Service under the authority of Title V, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA) This position is part of the District of Columbia National Guard under Position Description Number NGT5904700. -- This is NOT a REMOTE position; the incumbent will report to a Duty Station --
Major Duties:
Qualifications: Area of Consideration Group 3- All groups of Federal re-employable eligibles GENERAL EXPERIENCE: General experience includes management, supervision or performance of planning, designing, construction, and/or maintaining structures and facilities; investigating, measuring, surveying and mapping the earth's physical features and research and development activities pertaining to the above. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Experience in managing the function of work to be performed. Experience that includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
