Major Duties:

  • You will develop and administer complex Program Plans for business opportunities to maintain and expand work-load.
  • You will conduct management surveys, audits, projects, etc and provide advisory services to operating or management officials.
  • You will make decisions or recommendations on the interpretation and content of activity/agency policies concerning the management and development of long-range or interrelated procurement programs.
  • You will plan and coordinates contract administration activities for long-term, extensive technical service contracts and/or cost type contracts.
  • You will forecast/estimate program requirements and prepare programmatic reports, justifications, charts, graphs, statistical and narrative data, etc. for top level presentations and briefings.

Qualifications: You are required to have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: Performing all aspects of contracting transactions and procuring items or services with specialized requirements and assessing progress in production planning, procurement, manufacturing and contractual deliveries This position is within the Work Category Professional at Work Level Full Performance, Series and Grade GG-1102-12.
