SUPERVISORY HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Major Duties:

  • You will direct the work of Housing office employees planning.
  • You will be responsible for day -to-day operations of the PPV Family Housing Program planning.
  • You will determine requirements and manage all resources used in support of assigned housing facilities and infostructure, including personnel, facilities, funds and materials.
  • You will mediate tenant-landlord concerns and complaints following agreed upon procedures.
  • You will work closely with the PPV partner to solve complex problems involving housing, tenants, services, utilization, and designation of quatres for occupancy by various pay grades, commands, and billet quatres.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specilized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing housing management plans and procedures, applying housing policies and providing advice on all matters relating to the management, operation, and utilization of housing assets/facilities. Improving the housing program by creating and implementing new policies/programs.
