Major Duties:

You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Develop original course plans and designs for basic and advance course concepts. Assess program or course curriculum, content, and instructional materials to coordinate the development of course products. Supervise and evaluate students enrolled in resident and nonresident training programs Review and analyze enforcement training program planning for effectiveness and integration with agency plans. Modify training program curriculum and submit course revision recommendations for review and use. National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience): Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
