Supervisor Transport Control Tower (m/w/d)

Für unser internationales Team suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Supervisor Transport Control Tower (m/w/d). In dieser vorerst für ein jahr befristeten Position übernehmen Sie eine  zentrale Rolle in der operativen Transportabwicklung (Straße- Luft & See) und stellen gemeinsam mit ihrem Team einen  reibungslosen Ablauf sicher. Sie berichten direkt an den Distribution Service Manager.

Ihre Aufgaben 

• Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines zentralen Transportfunktionsteams inklusive Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Motivation. 
• Sicherstellung effizienter, standardisierter Transportprozesse in Europa sowie kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung nach PDCA. 
• KPI-Steuerung mit Fokus auf Kosten, OTIF, Datenqualität, Lieferperformance und Netzwerkoptimierung. 
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Bereichen (Einkauf, Customer Service, Lager, Technik) und externen Partnern; zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion. 
• Verantwortlich für Ausschreibungen, Carrier-Management und Projektimplementierungen. 
• Sicherstellung von Compliance, Audit-Bereitschaft, Dokumentation sowie Koordination zollrelevanter Themen. 
• Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts (Control Tower, Ticketing, Reklamationen, Planung), Carrier-Reviews und Sonderprojekte. 

Ihr Profil 

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spedition, Transport oder Logistik sowie idealerweise relevanten Weiterbildungen. 
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit SAP TM oder ähnlichen Tools und MS Office. Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (insbesondere SAP ECC Module LE, SD, WM) von Vorteil. 
• Umfassende operative Erfahrung in der europaweiten Transportsteuerung (FTL, LTL, Groupage) inklusive Carrier Management und idealerweise Kenntnissen in Zoll‑ und/oder Gefahrgutabwicklung. 
• Analytische Stärke, ausgeprägte Prozess‑ und Optimierungsorientierung (Lean‑Methoden von Vorteil) sowie strukturierte, KPI‑basierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise. 
• Erfahrung in der Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation eines Teams (5-köpfig), inklusive Priorisierung, Coaching und operativer Steuerung. 
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse.
