What is the opportunity?
In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership to a team supporting high volume processes. You will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations, as well as providing coaching, recognition and development, fostering teamwork and planning for succession.
What Will You Do
Monitoring the day-to-day operations, ensuring SLAs are met
Providing strong coaching, recognition and development to employees
Provide stats and reporting to Senior Management
Collaborate with Partners in areas such as Process Improvements, Automation, and Engagement
What do you need to succeed?
Must-haves
Microsoft Office skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demands
Advanced customer service skills, increase efficiencies and reduce risks.
Previous experience as a People Manager
Nice-to-have
Project Management
Experience with RPA; Lean Six Sigma; AI Tools
Knowledge of/exposure to lines of business: RBC Retail Branches, RBC Wealth Mgmt
Knowledge of Account Transfers
French/English Bilingual communication skills – written and verbal.
