Job Description

What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership to a team supporting high volume processes. You will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations, as well as providing coaching, recognition and development, fostering teamwork and planning for succession. 

What Will You Do

  • Monitoring the day-to-day operations, ensuring SLAs are met

  • Providing strong coaching, recognition and development to employees

  • Provide stats and reporting to Senior Management 

  • Collaborate with Partners in areas such as Process Improvements, Automation, and Engagement

What do you need to succeed? 

Must-haves 

  • Microsoft Office skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

  • Ability to work effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demands

  • Advanced customer service skills, increase efficiencies and reduce risks.

  • Previous experience as a People Manager

Nice-to-have

  • Project Management  

  • Experience with RPA; Lean Six Sigma; AI Tools

  • Knowledge of/exposure to lines of business: RBC Retail Branches, RBC Wealth Mgmt

  • Knowledge of Account Transfers

  • French/English Bilingual communication skills – written and verbal.
