To monitor and support various areas of the company in their projects that require analysis of financial events and their implications for the company's processes and business. To perform financial forecast analysis and project monitoring. To work with the Commercial area in the preparation of financial analyses for product pricing and supply projects. To monitor the monthly processing and calculation of production and inventory costs, supporting the analysis of variations and any discrepancies. To work with the Production area in the preparation of production cost analyses and their impact on the company's results. To coordinate the work and the team of employees allocated to the Financial Planning and Custody Sector, facilitating the performance of the work through support in information and guidance in the execution of tasks, aiming for a healthy work environment and benefiting greater efficiency in the development of activities. Coordinates the activities and information flow required from various areas of the company for the preparation of the Budget, Strategic Planning, Forecasts, and Flash Reports. Implements external controls to the reporting processes, both locally and internationally, guiding the team in completing and maintaining these routines, in order to ensure proper control of the sector's movements and support the fulfillment of demands from local and corporate management at Stoneridge. Guides the sector's work team, monitoring the activities developed and proposing new ways of carrying them out and improvements, optimizing processes and maximizing the quality of the results presented. Analyzes and prepares explanations of variations in the results of business segments as well as the margins of the respective products. Prepares management reports and managerial tasks.
