As Park Prep Supervisor, your main goal is to prepare the park overnight for daily operation and maintain a high standard of cleanliness for guests and ambassadors to enjoy. This requires training and oversight of pressure washing, hosing pathways, parking lot cleanup, restroom detail cleaning, dumpster routes, carpet extraction/cleaning, floor care including waxing and stripping, gutter cleaning, high reach work, cardboard baling, trash compacting, barricade setups, warehouse responsibilities, furniture repairs, equipment maintenance, special projects, and any other park needs.

What you get to do:

  • Supervise and develop assistant supervisors and the Park Prep team. Primary focus is to maximize park presentation through efficiency and effectiveness of work while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Execute common tasks for janitorial maintenance including: general cleaning, pressure washing, hosing down, sweeping, blow-pack blowing, and miscellaneous custodial maintenance.
  • Ensure proper training and compliance with department scheduling, time-keeping, small engine use, PPE, and cleaning chemicals.
  • Enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times.
  • Responsible for team member compliance and development
  • Coordinate park cleaning schedule with other departments to satisfy work requests and minimize disruption of operation.
  • Manage expenses, inventory, deliveries, and orders from onsite warehouse.
  • Responsible for labor management, including but not limited to, establishing and maintaining line schedules, authorizing position requisitions, hiring, monitoring labor expenses in correlation to revenue, and ensuring accuracy of ambassadors’ payroll records.
  • Establish and maintain a positive atmosphere which ensures the highest level of ambassador performance and guest service while enforcing and complying with safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist with other duties as needed.


What it takes to succeed:

  • Shifts are 12:00am to 8:30am
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, grounds maintenance and janitorial experience preferred
  • Knowledge of pressure washing application and small engine use preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid drivers license
  • Must possess basic computer/Window’s software knowledge
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions
  • Must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timelines

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
