Pay Range: $27.88 - $31.25

Candidates must reside in on of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, OR, TX, UT, TN, TX, WA

 

As a Credentialing Specialist, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing processes, including application intake, submission, tracking, and payer follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements while maintaining accurate provider records in CAQH, NPPES, and internal systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, monitor credential status, and support efficient provider onboarding and operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or similar administrative roles.
  • Credentialing Knowledge: Understanding of credentialing processes, payer requirements, and regulatory standards; experience with CAQH, NPPES, and HIPAA environments preferred.
  • Systems & Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Asana); database management and reporting experience a plus.
