Operations Supervisor

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end operations of the custom apparel process, ensuring that all orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The role provides supervision to the warehouse Material Handlers on the apparel side of the business, as well as the Custom Apparel Production Assistants, to ensure adherence to company quality standards and timely shipment of all orders. Additionally, this position manages the logo printing workflow from initial setup to final output, including operating the 3D and other printing equipment. This role ensures that all printed products meet quality expectations while also maintaining cost‑effective processes throughout production.
Position Responsibilities:
Approve and oversee printing of logos for custom apparel process from start to finish while managing inventory levels for all logo-related materials.
Ensure proper cost average by selecting the best printing method for each order based on design and material.
Oversee all custom apparel, lizard, and printing operations while effectively managing workflow.
Ensure color accuracy by color-matching logos across different printing processes.
Collaborate closely with sales representatives to effectively fulfill the needs of the custom apparel team, ensuring all design specifications are met and timelines are clearly communicated.
Ensure order deadlines are met by working effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate with custom production team to manage priority orders and overall order flow through the production process.
Oversee operation and maintenance of DTF printers to produce logos needed for all apparel orders.
Coordinate with Hitters house and operations staff to ensure proper inventory is maintained in all locations for custom apparel.
Operate 3d printer to produce prototype for Lizard Skins bike grips.
Coordinate and assist in the production and assembly of custom lizard skins bike, bat, and hockey grips.
Operate Roland printer to produce banners and other marketing/promotional materials.
Order supplies for printers and printing operation.
Work closely with outside vendors on tight timelines.
Direct workflow for order fulfillment (Picking/Packing/Shipping/Light Wall/Assembly/Printing)
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Warehouse Material Handlers and Custom Apparel Production Assistants.
Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure all orders are completed on time.
Work closely with the production planning team and the sales team to prioritize orders, manage workloads, shipping expectations and timelines.
Coordinate with team leads to ensure orders are completed correctly and shipped timely.
Coordinate with GDC team to ensure flow of inventory in a timely manner.
Implement best practices in apparel customization and warehouse management.
Address any issues in production and implement corrective actions as needed.
Update management on production status, inventory levels, and team performance.

Position Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management preferred
Experience:
2+ years of order fulfillment experience, preferably in the garment or digital printing field preferred.
