岗位职责:
1.仓库现场区域管理
2.实现仓库营运日常KPI
3.人员管理
4.协助仓库经理制订业务计划
5.协助计划人员,确定和执行每日、每周及月度计划
6.监控业务流程,鉴别业务瓶颈,并采取改善行动
7.根据预算和业务季度要求,监管人力情况
8.根据营运计划,实现生产力目标和计划工时
岗位要求:
1.大专及以上学历,物流相关专业
2.5-10年在较大规模分销、物流中心、供应链或仓库环境下工作经验,快速消费品行业仓库经验者优先
3.有仓库现场实际操作经验,熟悉仓库操作流程
4.能承担较大的工作压力
