$55,993-$69,422 minimum starting pay

Job Level : Supervisor

Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands.  Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.

What You Will Be Doing:

Supervise daily warehouse and supply operations to ensure accurate, timely, and safe fulfillment of company needs. Oversee inventory management, warehouse systems, shipping and receiving, end‑user delivery, transportation, and equipment operations. Lead staff by enforcing performance and safety standards, analyzing operational metrics, and supporting long‑term planning initiatives across all locations.

Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position a Motor Vehicle Report may be ordered on final candidates.

• Demonstrated positive leadership and interpersonal skills to supervise, instruct, coach, counsel, and evaluate employees.
• Ability to apply effective planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and external contacts.
• Possess strong personal computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to administer inventory systems and warehouse technologies proficiently.
• Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to understand regulatory compliance including OSHA and DOT standards.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance to support departmental needs.
• Preferred demonstrated leadership in supply and distribution with a track record of exceeding goals and driving improvements.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
