Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Global Operations, Americas, the Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to a New York-based team comprising two or three senior executives and investment professionals.
As a key resource known for reliability and discretion, the Senior Administrative Assistant plays a key role, managing complex agendas, organizing executive travel and coordinating governance activities. They also leverage operational continuity by providing backup capacity as part of a team of five administrative support professionals.
What you will do
Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including two or three executives and the Director, Global Operations, Americas.
Manage highly complex and constantly changing agendas across multiple time zones, prioritizing tasks and optimizing the sequencing of activities.
Coordinate high-level meetings, complex committees and governance bodies involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts independently, demonstrating good judgment and discretion.
Coordinate recurring cycles for management and for committee members, ensuring that the cycles are properly prepared and run.
Organize complex business travel, both domestic and international, including multi-leg itineraries and frequent last-minute adjustments.
Ensure continuity of service during absences and peak periods.

What you bring
Have over ten years’ experience in an administrative support role for senior management.
Demonstrate advanced expertise in managing complex agendas and in coordinating high-level travel arrangements.
Have an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for managing complex schedules, as well as in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Have experience working with Concur or any other expense and travel management tool (an asset).
Have worked in a dynamic professional environment, ideally in financial services and internationally.
Have an excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of French is an asset.
The average base salary range for this position is USD 85 000 to USD 100 000, plus a competitive benefits package and eligibility for annual variable compensation.
The actual compensation offered within this range will depend on various factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; internal equity; and current market conditions.
