Primary shift responsibility will be PM/NOC off shift. There will be overlap with day shift coverage to allow development and coaching with PCM. Flexibility based off leadership needs/calendar requests. Weekend coverage.

Responsible for supervising nursing, support staff and patient care activities on assigned shifts. Acts as a clinical resource to unit staff members. May also assume responsibility for direct patient care as needed. Promotes the conceptual framework of Aurora Health Care's nursing practice. This is accomplished by subscribing to the five management accountabilities: human resources, fiscal, materials management, support and system linkage.
