The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversees and manages team’s daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity 

  • Analyzes and reports on team operations and performance, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making 

  • Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team effectiveness 

  • Monitors, analyzes, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure the team meets its targets and maintains high performance standards 

  • Engages in performance management activities, providing training, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development 

  • Reviews and approves new or updated pre-requisite rules, ensuring compliance with industry regulations 

  • Evaluates and approves all knowledge articles, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for team members 

  • Assists in balancing the overall workload of the team, including the management of paid time off planning, to maintain operational continuity and team well-being 

  • Sets priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines; develops plans to meet short-term objectives 

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines 

  • Plans and prioritizes work efficiently and effectively, delegating when appropriate 

  • Keeps purpose front and center as they make daily decisions 

  • Understands how team’s work ties in with the organization’s vision and purpose 

  • Follows efforts through to completion 

  • Removes obstacles that impede progress and goal attainment 

  • Effectively manages change within their team (transitions, new hires, promotions)

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus.

  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor; ideally within a document operations, legal, or compliance-related function.

  • Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department

  • Prior experience monitoring and Reporting on KPIs and SLAs

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on process improvement and team performance management leveraging digital systems and processes

  • Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required 

  • Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy

  • Knowledge of DMV regulations and processes is strongly preferred, but not required

Benefits:

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $87,550.00 - $124,755.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
