Salary Range: $85000 - $120000 Per Year

Job Summary: Position location negotiable upon selection. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Major Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations of the CHRA NAF Benefits Shared Services Team (B2ST).
  • Administers and provides technical expertise for Army NAF employee benefits, includes health and life insurance, 401(k), FSA, benefits eligibility, retirement counseling.
  • Exercises full supervisory responsibility for assigned staff, to include, recruits, selects, and staffs the team.
  • Develops training and workforce plans to support mission execution, goals and specials events (open enrollment, in-processing).
  • Analyzes trends, collaborates, communicates and facilitates effective working relationships with key stakeholders (CHRA NAF Field Operations, NAF Payroll, Army NAF Benefits Office, managers and employees).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Eighteen months HR experience applying employee benefits laws, regulations and program requirements. 2. Experience analyzing, evaluating and recommending resolutions to interrelated benefits cases. (Retirement eligibility, health and life insurance , 401(k) participation, Portability of Benefits). 3. Experience using HR information systems and tools, as such Employee Benefits Systems, ServiceNow, AutoNOA and Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint. 4. At least three (3) months experience managing a program or supervising/leading a team.
