Reporting directly to the Inventory Control Manager, you as an Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and ensuring accurate inventory control and warehouse operations, guaranteeing record accuracy within the system, compliance with established procedures, and operational continuity. Through effective coordination, leadership, and execution, you will ensure inventory integrity, process discipline, and adherence to quality, safety, environmental, and ethical standards.
You will lead and evaluate the Inventory Control team, coordinate inventory transactions within the system, and oversee physical inventories and cycle counts. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to make sound decisions to maintain operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Supervise and evaluate Inventory Control personnel, ensuring compliance with procedures and operational discipline.
Coordinate and validate inventory transactions within CBSi or JD Edwards systems.
Plan, supervise, and validate physical inventories and cycle counts; analyze variances and authorize inventory adjustments.
Supervise requisition processes and material issuance to production areas.
Monitor inventory performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions.
Authorize inventory transactions and adjustments in accordance with internal policies.
Apply disciplinary actions following internal guidelines and company policies.
Supervise the receipt, inspection, and validation of materials from internal and external suppliers.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, environmental, and ethical requirements.
Exercise authority to stop processes or activities that do not meet established requirements or pose risks to operations or compliance.
Coordinate training, development, and performance evaluation of the Inventory Control team.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control and cycle counting processes.
Experience supervising personnel and managing inventory operations.
Knowledge and hands-on experience using CBSi or JD Edwards systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data and identify discrepancies.
Leadership and supervisory capabilities with effective communication and decision-making skills.
Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail and operational discipline.
Ability to enforce policies, procedures, and compliance requirements consistently.
