About the Role:

As a Product Operations Manager at Cresta, you will play a critical role in building the systems, processes, and insights that enable our teams to deliver high-impact product and customer customer outcomes. This highly cross-functional role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM - driving alignment, improving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision making across the product lifecycle. You’ll also be instrumental in helping to develop best practices for a Forward Deployed Product motion that is becoming critical for successful scaling of enterprise AI products.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that product launches are seamless, that feedback loops between customers and product are tight, and that teams have the tools and visibility they need to execute with excellence. If you thrive on building structure from ambiguity, collaborating across diverse teams, and ensuring that world-class products reach customers effectively, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive operational excellence across the product organization: designing, implementing, and managing scalable processes for product planning, release management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Own product metrics, ensuring the product team has reliable access to metrics, dashboards, and customer feedback to inform decisions.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure efficient execution of product initiatives, including sprint planning, launch readiness, and retrospectives.
  • Build and optimize feedback loops between customer-facing teams (Customer Success, Sales, Support) and Product - enabling faster prioritization and iteration.
  • Support the go-to-market process by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring clear communication and enablement across teams before and after launches.
  • Standardize documentation and playbooks, ensuring consistent communication and knowledge sharing across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Strategy & Operations roles, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
  • Strong systems and process thinking, with a proven ability to turn ambiguity into structure and drive alignment across multiple teams.
  • Experience partnering cross functionally with stakeholders to deliver projects or launches.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset: skilled at working with product metrics, user feedback, and operational data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can turn complex problems into clear narratives.
  • Hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is comfortable both in strategic discussions and tactical execution.
  • Passion for AI, automation, and improving how teams build and deliver products.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with product and operational analytics tools like Looker, Hex etc.
  • Experienced and actively experimenting with the use of AI to accelerate product development and operations process.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven or data-heavy SaaS platforms.
  • Experience building or managing product operations in an early-stage startup environment.

We offer a comprehensive and people-first benefits package to support you at work and in life:
