Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Summary: The Supervisor, Clinical Services (LPCH) oversees clinicians in diagnostic assessments, therapy, and ensures a safe patient experience. This role also provides consultation, manages outreach, monitors and reports statistical data and ensures quality measures in their assigned department.

Minimum Education: Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing, and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree therefrom or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related behavioral health field.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License (RN), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Professional Counselor (LPC) license, or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze information and provide well-founded recommendations, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills. Ability to facilitate effective communications across all organizational levels. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Supervises activities of clinicians working in the designated clinical area. Provides consultation and outreach to internal and external customers engaged within assigned work area. Performs clinical services including diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. Monitors and collects statistical data, including quality measures, and report to department/facility administration. Represents the designated clinical area in assigned intra- and interdepartmental meetings.

Decision Making: Independent judgement in making decisions involving non-routine problems under general supervision.

Working Relationships: Direct supervision of others. Prepares and gives performance evaluations. Works with internal and/or external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff. Works frequently with individuals at Director level and above.
