Position Summary

The Supervisor of the Central Business Office (CBO) oversees an essential function of the central administrative support team. The Supervisor has an area of focus and is the expert and go to for that specific administrative support function. The CBO Supervisor oversees one or more of the central administrative support functions: staffing and scheduling for personnel, central results management, call center management, referral functions, and other/new central functions as developed and implemented in support of operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct supervision to a team of administrative support staff, including training, development, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Tracks data and summarize into key performance indicators within area of focus and report out on them daily, weekly, monthly to executive tea
  • Oversees daily operations and workflow, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
  • Develops and implement systems and procedures to optimize efficiency and streamline processes
  • Prioritizes workload, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor staff performance to ensure deadlines are met
  • Identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement within are of focus
  • Serves as a liaison between administrative staff, operational leaders, and executive leadership
  • Fosters a positive and productive work environment for the administrative team

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred; two (2) years of experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve goals.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $71,677.00 - $103,168.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
