Plan, schedule, and coordinate building and facility maintenance projects.
Manage security, housekeeping, and building maintenance teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
Develop and manage maintenance budgets; prepare reports and handle related administrative functions.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and actively promote a safe work environment.
Inspect facilities and equipment and perform or oversee required maintenance and repairs.
Maintain accurate records, including warranties, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and equipment contracts.
Ensure all maintenance staff are properly trained and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
Requirements
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain physically active for extended periods while moving throughout the campus.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead when required.
Ability to access and navigate all areas of the facility, including confined or elevated spaces.
Must be able to safely access and inspect all company equipment.
