Are you our next Superintendent, Asset Integrity - Reliability?
Lead and manage all aspects of the asset integrity programs associated with stationary, structural, rotating, and electrical assets. This includes the inspection programs, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, safety and regulatory compliance. Hire and manage outside engineering, contractors and NDT testing firms as required to implement and maintain asset integrity programs. Coordinate the defect elimination program including defect identification, root cause analysis and defect elimination plan.
What will you do?
- Ensure regulatory, safety, and environmental standards are being followed by conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and housekeeping tours. Ensure all asset integrity programs and asset strategies meet Mosaic's regulatory and code requirements.
- Lead and manage implementation and continuous improvement of asset integrity programs, asset strategies, and inspection procedures. Support Weekend Duty and On-Call as required.
- Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards. Manage performance issues when necessary. Develop and coach employees to retain and grow organizational talent. Support employees in their career development at Mosaic.
- Coordinate the defect elimination efforts by identifying bad actors, root cause analysis, and working with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering on asset strategy development and enhancement.
- Direct and manage daily and long-term resource planning, scheduling, and execution of asset integrity work to ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements within the asset strategy.
What do you need for this role?
- Bachelor's degree required, major in Engineering. Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 6 years Industrial Maintenance experience required; 8 years preferred
- Experience with Team Building, Project Management and Industrial Maintenance
- CMMS Experience
- Microsoft Office Experience
- PCMS Experience preferred
