How you'll make an impact

• Support service activities at the site and, where possible, at customer locations

• Prepare and follow up materials and tools for service operations

• Create and maintain service‑related forms and documentation

• Support project management in planning and coordination activities

• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers

• Assist with goods receipt, packaging, and shipping

Your background 

• Interest in service processes and sales‑related activities

• Structured and reliable working approach

• Enjoyment of collaboration across different interfaces

• You have analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent way of working

• Very good German and good English skills
