The program runs June 15–August 7, 2026, at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ (hybrid: 3 days onsite).

Program Overview:
Professional Development & Training: Participate in weekly interactive learning sessions to build essential skills, covering topics from business case strategy to personal branding. These sessions also include "Lunch & Learns" with internal leaders and guest speakers focused on professional development and soft skills.
Immersive Experience: Step outside the corporate office to get a full view of our operations! You’ll get hands-on experience by shadowing professionals in areas like roadside assistance and branch operations.
Networking & Mentorship: Connect with leaders and team members through weekly office hours and professional development sessions to build valuable relationships.
Community & Team Building: Engage with the community by participating in a volunteer event. You'll also have opportunities to bond with your fellow interns through networking events, and more!

Who We’re Looking For:
Junior college students graduating December 2026–June 2027
Majors in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Communications, or related fields
Leadership experience and a passion for learning
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Suite
Local to the Phoenix, AZ area (housing not provided)
