As part of the Strategy & Business Development team in Singapore, the individual will embark on a dynamic 8–12-week programme combining day-to-day business activities and challenging projects. The individual will benefit from getting exposure to the opportunities and challenges of the wealth management industry.

YOUR CHALLENGE
People management
- Contribute to the strengthening of the team spirit and the fostering of a collaborative work environment
- Build highly impactful relationships with global and regional stakeholders across functions in the Bank
Client management (internal & external)
- Support global strategic growth initiatives that align with the Group’s overall strategic priorities
- Support all GPS teams in project and change management activities
Business management
- Monitor emerging technologies, innovations, disruptions, and latest market trends across global markets
- Prepare updates of GPS for the various management committees, where relevant
Regulatory responsibilities &/or risk management
- Meet all legal, regulatory, and compliance standards/requirements
- Adhere to the standards and expectations outlined in the relevant user manuals and guidelines
- Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviours including, but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Professional & technical
- Students currently enrolled in an undergraduate programme from the second year of study onwards, or pursuing a Master’s degree
- Good command of financial analytical skills
- Strong commercial judgement, business acumen and a broad understanding of the financial markets and products
