The Opportunity
The People team powers the employee lifecycle at Emerson Collective.
As the People Team Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in human resources and talent operations, learning how HR, recruiting, and people systems work together to build a thriving, inclusive workplace. You’ll contribute to a range of projects spanning onboarding, recruitment, HR technology, learning and development, data management, employee engagement, and support of the internship team.
This role is ideal for someone curious about how organizations cultivate culture, support employee growth, and implement efficient, people-centered systems. You’ll work closely with members of the People Operations team to design better processes, analyze data, and support cross-team initiatives.
