We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent and managing the end-to-end selection process for various positions within the company.
We are looking for a talented, well-organized and highly proactive Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll have the opportunity to drive our growth and contribute significantly to our success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet high-volume hiring needs across multiple tech domains.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Search various channels to reach potential candidates and build talent pipelines while understanding the hiring needs and position requirements.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring teams.
- Recommend new ideas and strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from the initial reach out and along their interview process.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a Global Startup company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment process and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with people at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- People and teamwork oriented, with the ability to share knowledge and insights with recruiters and hiring managers
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving towards recruitment goals and objectives.
- Experience in working with Greenhouse - advantage
